Online Orders (Pickup)

·         What are the preparation times?

o   Depending on traffic, the timeframe is from the same day to up to 48 hours, depending on the item.

o   Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before picking it up.

o   A piece of identification with your name, address, and photo matching the order will be required to pick it up.

·         Can I send someone else to pick up my order?

o   It is possible to send someone else to pick up your order if you cannot come to the store. You must meet the following criteria:

  Contact us by email at ventes@cartesleo.ca using the email address used to place the order, including the order number, its contents, and the full name of the person who will be picking up your items.

The designated person must present a form of identification with their name, address, and photo that matches the email address.

·         How can I order online with in-store pickup?

o   Once all your items have been added to your cart, go to the CHECKOUT section where you will be asked for your delivery method. Select "In-store pickup" to pick up your order in-store.
