Q & A
Buylists- How do you determine your prices ?
- For regular MTG, Pokemon, Lorcana, FAB & One Piece cards, we use a platform that automatically assigns a resale price based on an internal chart for our sales prices.
- For graded cards (PSA/Beckett) or Sports (Hockey only for the moment), the process is done by evaluating comparable sales on Ebay or Pricecharting. This one is a little longer since we have to do everything manually, card by card. You can contact us at 438-899-7784 or by email at ventes@cartesleo.ca for more information.
- At any time during the buy process, you can withdraw one or more items. Following your final acceptance, payment or application of store credit, the transaction becomes final.
- Do you buy foreign cards ?
- We only accept English cards at the moment. (Japanese on occasion on a case by case basis) You can contact us at 438-899-7784 or by email at ventes@cartesleo.ca for more information.
- How can I sell my cards ?
- Simply go to the BUYLIST section (English side) of our website. Log in or register at BinderPOS and you will be able to select which game your cards come from. You will then be able to enter each card into the system and submit your list.
- We do not accept BULK at the moment.
- You can visit the store if you wish to sell a few cards individually, however if you plan to sell more than ten cards, we strongly advise you to draw up a buyback list on our website. Computers are also available to do this on site. Since the evaluation process is long, depending on store traffic, you may have to leave your cards if there are a large quantity.
Web orders (Shipping)- There is a delay in my order / I have not yet received my order, what can I do?
- We mainly do business with Canada Post & UPS. Their delivery times may vary depending on traffic, regional and national holidays and statutory holidays. It can vary between 1 to 7 working days depending on the type of shipment (regular, express or standard).
- Exception: Regular sending of single cards only to the United States, the delivery time is 7 to 14 working days.
